I'm glad my company doesn't frisk its employees and we have no dress code. I mean it. I've seen men come in bermudas and my managers in capris. But then we don't get to decide our salaries. Our work timings is from 8:00AM to 5:00PM beyond which if we need to stay to complete a task, we need to get prior permission which would be sanctioned only if the task is a high priority one.
